The Blue Alpine Medium Elite brings per-shelf control, digital sensing, and tool-free KF vacuum fittings to a Medium footprint that runs on a standard 15-amp, 120V household outlet—no dedicated 20-amp circuit required.
Each shelf has its own solid-state relay and temperature sensor. Touchscreen recipes are customizable mid-batch. KF vacuum fittings, fully digital temperature and vacuum sensors, upgraded electronics and connectors, extruded aluminum frame, P100 pump-protection filter, and natural R1270 refrigerant. About 25% more cooling capacity than prior generations per Blue Alpine, plus an in-chamber circulating fan. Built in Idaho.
